I just love how the inuedoes and double meanings just seem to oooze out when we talk in here...lol!

yeah, it's salty but it's got protein doesn't it?

OK, I'm eating some walleye tonight. A buddy that works with me brought in some fresh fillets that he caught last night. I like to fry them in a big old cast iron skillet using a beer batter. When ya mix this up start with drinking 6 beers. Them pour one beer into a bowl. Sift in the remaining ingredients, stirring it as you go. Leave a little flour on a plate so you can dredge them in flour before you dip in the batter. It sticks better then. Heat up enough oil so you've got about inch and a half or so in the skillet. Get that sucker hotter than Mable otherwise it won't cook right. OK, now drink the rest of the beer as you're cooking. Drink fast because fish really cooks quicker than greased goop through a goose! In other words, it only takes a few minutes until they turn golden brown. Usually I make a side of wild long grain rice and throw in some slivered almonds as that is cooking.
This usually comes out great and it really is simple to cook. You can do the same for trout, crappies, or perch. For salmon...well, that's another recipe. I'll give ya that one later.

Oh! Here's what ya need:

13 bottles of hienies
1 1/2 cups Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Paprika
1 cup Flour
1 egg
A pinch of garlic powder
and some fresh fillets of course. I'm doing walleye, but liek I said, this can be used on lots of other fish.

enjoy!!!
